We are a pure service company. Our thoughts and actions are geared towards fulfilling an order given to us precisely and completely, to the best of our knowledge and belief. In doing so, we are constantly striving to think and act in the best interests of our customers – even “outside the box” – in order to achieve the greatest possible benefit for them.
Customer satisfaction
Our overriding goal is customer satisfaction. Every customer should receive the full value for their order. Among other things, our quality thinking helps us to achieve this. And if the customer gladly and wholeheartedly recommends us to others, this is a sign of customer satisfaction, which is what we want.
Humanity
Despite all business thinking and acting, it is our innermost desire to always put the human component in the foreground. We also have an open ear for worries, fears and needs and try to take them into account and, if necessary, also provide help according to our possibilities. Compassion, social thinking, human warmth, honesty and reliability are high values by which we act.
Competence
In order to accomplish our tasks, it is necessary that we bring the necessary competences to this team. We have a wealth of experience of more than eighteen years in all the specialist areas we represent, and this extends far beyond our core competences.
Environment
We are unconditional advocates of environmental thinking and would like to carry out our activities in the most resource and environmentally friendly way possible. This includes a written process predominantly by electronic means, reducing the amount of paper and printing to a minimum. The trainer comes directly on site for company training courses, thus making the journey of many to a training location obsolete. Sophisticated remote maintenance tools make many a trip to the site superfluous in the event of errors and calls for help.
Team spirit
“Four eyes see more than two, two heads know more than one!” This motto is the common thread running through all our thoughts and actions. It is irrelevant whether you are an employee of a company or a self-employed service provider for a customer: “Challenges must be overcome and goals achieved.” We are always open to teamwork and live this in our daily work.
The idea of quality
The idea of quality underlies our actions from start to finish. According to our concept, quality is the degree of compliance with the set requirements. Neither unfulfilled nor overfulfilled tasks are the goal of our quality measures, but the one hundred percent fulfilled task in the sense of the customer. We are constantly developing and learning from new situations, which is why our quality management is also subject to a permanent improvement process. We adhere to the guidelines of EN / ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 17025 and TQM.
Trust
An essential pillar of our company philosophy is the relationship of trust between the client and us. Our work, either at a client’s home in their personal environment, or in a company, in the midst of business activity, not only obliges us to absolute discretion, it is a matter of course for us!
Dissociation
We distance ourselves in the clearest and most enduring terms from any kind of warfare, violence in any form, racism, defamation, social injustice, persecution, criminality, terrorism, fanaticism and all associated thoughts and actions and reject such behaviour in the strongest possible terms. They contradict every form of human coexistence and cannot be justified by anything.
